Become a LOCUS member
We are also having a short online presentation open to absolutely anyone on Thursday, February 20 about the Marketplace. Register now to learn more about how the Marketplace works, how you can get engaged with cities or developers, and Smart Growth America and LOCUS’s overall vision for supporting equitable development.
The aspect of the Marketplace we’re the most excited about is a new, national hub where social impact developers and investors from across the country (like our LOCUS members) can come and look for projects and places to park their patient capital and partner with cities to invest in equitable development.
