<p> Join <a href= LOCUS, the Community Economic Development Association of Michigan, and the Michigan State Housing Development Authority on Thursday, February 9, 2017 for a day-long discussion about how to create a great LIHTC application under the Qualified Allocation Plan.

The event will include a discussion on what equity investors expect and expect to see prior to funding a project, as well as a complimentary meet-and-greet reception at the Lansing Brewing Company. View the full agenda to see what we have in store.
