How can you support safer streets, just by raising your fork? By joining us for the National Complete Streets Coalition’s fifth annual Complete Streets dinner!
Join us on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 in Washington, DC to celebrate partnerships, progress, and over 650 Complete Streets policies nationwide.
This year’s featured guest will be Seleta Reynolds, General Manager of the Los Angeles Department of Transportation. Appointed by the administration of Mayor Eric Garcetti in 2014, Ms. Reynolds leads the department and is responsible for implementing Great Streets for Los Angeles, a plan to reduce traffic fatalities, double the number of people riding bikes, and expand access to integrated transportation choices for Angelenos and the region.
Dinner tickets are available for $150 per seat, and can be purchased online. Members of the Coalition may purchase tickets at a significant discount — for details email Laura Searfoss.
The National Complete Streets Coalition works to make America’s streets safe, comfortable, and convenient for everyone–whether they are walking, driving, bicycling, or taking public transportation. Take a stand for these issues by taking a seat with us in January.
Thank you to our sponsors: This year’s Complete Streets dinner is made possible in part by generous support from the American Planning Association, the American Society of Landscape Architects, the National Association of Realtors, SvR Design Company, and Stantec.
