A Smart Growth America technical assistance workshop in Reno, NV.
Are you considering applying for one of Smart Growth America’s 2014 free technical assistance workshops, but don’t know where to start?
Join us tomorrow, Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at 2:00 PM EST for a free webinar about the 12 types of workshops available, who is eligible to apply and details of the selection process. This event is free but registration is required.
Smart Growth America Vice President and Leadership Institute Director Roger Millar will lead the webinar. Joining him will be our partners from Global Green USA, who will discuss their complementing series of free technical assistance workshops.
We will post an archived recording of the webinar later this week for anyone interested in learning about our technical assistance workshops but not able to attend.
About the program
Smart Growth America’s free technical assistance workshops are made possible by a grant from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Sustainable Communities under the Building Blocks for Sustainable Communities Program. The Building Blocks program funds quick, targeted assistance to communities that face common development problems. One other nonprofit organization—Global Green USA—also received a competitively awarded grant under this program this year to help communities get the kinds of development they want.
