The National Complete Streets Coalition is gearing up for their 2025 Best Complete Streets Policies report. This report will recognize communities across the country that are working to make their streets safer, healthier, and more equitable. It will also provide guidance and good practices for other communities that would like to adopt or strengthen their own policies. We are collecting new policies from 2023-24 to review!

Since releasing our last report in 2023, communities across the U.S. have continued to pass, update, and implement Complete Streets policies. The 2025 report will review and rank the top policies from 2023 through the end of 2024.

Other ways to help us celebrate Complete Streets

• If your community hasn’t adopted a policy yet but plans to do so before the end of the year, we still want to hear about it! Let us know at info@completestreets.org by January 17th, 2025. Feel free to get a sneak peek at your future score by using our Complete Streets Policy Evaluation tool.
• Did your community build a coalition, advance major projects, or celebrate important Complete Streets wins in the last couple years? We’re compiling photos of Complete Streets implementation projects and celebrations. Email your photos to us at info@completestreets.org.

The National Complete Streets Coalition recognizes and will accept a range of policy submissions as defined by the Coalition, including: legislation, resolutions, executive orders, internal policies, policies adopted by an elected board, and tax ordinances.
