To be eligible, nominees must be the owner or principal of a private, for-profit company; have a history of development near major New England centers of employment, public transit and/or transportation hubs; and conduct his or her business in a way that exemplifies the LOCUS mission. The New England Leadership Award will be presented at the 2015 LOCUS New England Leadership Summit: Closing the Next Deal on March 11, 2015 at District Hall in Boston, MA.
