The city’s recent transit-oriented development (TOD) federal planning grant has focused future development on Central Avenue, its historic main street, and the 12,000 acres within walking distance of it.
Albuquerque is home to a young, industrious, and innovative population demanding walkable urban development.
The city is making it easy for developers to bring their projects to Albuquerque. Zonar, a unique entitlement modeling software, allows developers to measure the capacity and use potential of their project sites.
