Inclusionary Housing | Montgomery County, MD

Inclusionary housing aims to increase the supply of affordable housing by requiring some portion of housing units in new projects be set-aside for low and moderate income households. This model ordinance from the American Planning Association (APA) provides a template for local legislation to establish an inclusionary housing policy. It is also available on the APA web site.
