National Brownfields Coalition
Become a member
The National Brownfields Coalition works to advance policies and funding that drive the sustainable and equitable redevelopment of brownfield properties across America’s rural, urban, and tribal communities. As a member of the NBC, benefit from our decades of expertise and national network to achieve smarter, more equitable outcomes in brownfield remediation, public health, and environmental justice.
The following committees have been formed to meet the goals of the National Brownfields Coalition:
Education and Outreach
The Environmental Justice and Public Health Committee brings together both emerging and experienced professionals in both fields to address the current crucial, most impactful issues.
Policy and Advocacy
The Policy and Advocacy Committee leads the coalition’s efforts to shape federal authorization and appropriations policies that advance brownfield remediation programs and incentives.
Environmental Justice and Public Health
The Education and Outreach Committee leads the development of the coalition’s educational programming on brownfield remediation, as well as coalition membership recruitment efforts.
